Demi Lovato — you may know her as that singer Mariah Carey emphatically Does. Not. Know. — said she was taking the rest of the year off, but that didn’t last. She recently revealed she’s currently working on new music, and now she has shared a piano-accompanied rendition of “Silent Night” in time for Christmas.Accompanied by a pianist, Demi belts the Christmas classic inside a studio decorated with festive lights. Taking a page out of Christina Aguilera’s playbook, she ends almost every line with an impressive vocal run, and really ramps up the drama for the second verse.
