  Bishop xl is a receding artists from Nigeria popularly known as excel based in Tokyo Japan
He is a rapper who mostly rap in English and can also do so in his native language igbo
He debuted his EP in 2016
He is currently signed into CLERGY ENTERTAINMENT
Bishop xl was influenced by one music of one late 90s FELA KUTI and 2face  he got inspired.
He recorded firstly in 2001.
Then in 2005 he recorded 7 tracks.
In 2007 he moved to Japan after falling to get a record deal.
In 2012 he recorded his first track in Japan fitted am AM ALRIGHT featuring (yakuvo) an american artist on billboard top chart
His EP is titled ENTER THE EXCEL and it consists of 4 tracks
